At Nidzign, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you need to exchange an item, we're here to help. Please review our exchange policy below:
One-Time Exchange within 14 Days: We offer a one-time exchange for eligible items within 14 days of order delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact Us: To start an exchange, please email us at contact@nidzign.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange in your email.
- Return Authorization: If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. We will provide you with a return shipping address along with your return authorization.
- Exchange Processing: Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the exchange and ship out your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
Important Notes:
- Items sent back without prior approval or beyond the 14-day window will not be accepted for exchange.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return package, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
